Super Talent Technology, Inc. warrants that its DDR and DDR2 system memory products are free from defects in material and workmanship and will perform as advertised.

The warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth:

To obtain warranty service through our authorized master distributor, a customer may be required to provide product identification information with a detailed description of the problem(s) they are experiencing.  A customer may also be required to include proof of the date of original purchase.

Super Talent Technology, Inc. will at its option, either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.  Repaired parts or replacement product(s) will be provided by Super Talent Technology on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished, to be functionally equivalent to new.  This warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

DURATION OF WARRANTY:

Super Talent Technology's DDR and DDR2 system memory modules are covered by the above mentioned warranty for the life of the product and may be asserted by the buyer only.
