Warranty Policy for Super Talent Technology’s
SuperTalent™ brand of flash based storage solutions
|
Super Talent Technology, Inc. ("Super Talent”) warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and will essentially be consistent with its published specifications. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Super Talent will inspect the product and at its option, either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Super Talent on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. The warranty is void if the flash based product is not used in accordance with the product instructions.
Super Talent’s Limited LifeTime Warranty (US, Japan, East-Asia, Europe, Americas):
The following Super Talent products are covered by the abovementioned warranty for as long as the product is in current production, after date of purchase (original retail purchase): All SuperTalent™ USB 2.0 Flash Drive products.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Super Talent’s flash based product, and who has proof of purchase, if requested.
Super Talent’s One-Year (1-Year) Warranty (US, Japan, East-Asia, Europe, Americas):
The following Super Talent products are covered by the abovementioned warranty for a period of one year within the date of purchase (original retail purchase): All SuperTalent™ Multimedia Flash Cards and Super Digital cards.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Super Talent’s flash based product, and who has proof of purchase, if requested.
